System Stuff

1. .jpg which give images of whats involved:
a) you need the list of tasks that people are required to manage and need on the reports so this is a simple list. Note you can also identify how many people max can be rostered on each one. We have 2 services on Sunday so we cater for that.
b) Maintaining a task also you can specify which person is allowed to administrate the task - this cuts down on one person seeing everything as we have loads of tasks - c. 100 people each sunday volunteer to make it happen. We limit to a max of 10 people. To alter this means tweaking the PDF output also.
c) Maintain the roster - you can download it. From admin it shows initial and surname, when finding from public site it only shows firstname and first letter of last name for security.
d) Maintaining the specific roster - put the full name in so the system can splt it up.

2. Classes folder
contains the key classes you need - roster is the main, datagrid is just used in the admin. will need to tweak how you access the database here to your own routines.

3. admin folder
contains modules for maintaining the tasks and the roster

4. ajax, js, tpl
these folders used in the public site to display and get the rosters

5. inculdes
mainly for the PDF generating stuff

6. root
download_roster.php - used by public site to grab whole roster
weekly_roster.php - used to display the tpl file tpl_weekly_roster.php
